I started the week well. Exercised 6 out of 7 days. Calories were in line Sunday through Thursday. Too bad the week did not end then. Yesterday I went out with my friends and just did not track because I allowed myself to eat what I wanted and did not say no when I should have. One day like that is OK but I went and did it again today. Tomorrow I have to get back on the bus! Did not exercise today. If I had my calories would be within range but I am tired and achy and just don't want to. Yesterday I did a 2 mile WATP before my outing with my friends. Today I was at a craft sale with my daughters youth group. It was a total bust. It was at a high school homecoming and very few people came through to look at the jewelry the girls had made. I think we sold 3 pieces total. But we were there past lunch time and by the time we got to lunch I ordered a whole sandwich at Panera's. It was a healthy sandwich but it still was 600 calories. I fixed the chicken enchilada casserole from the SP cookbook for dinner. If I had stopped with one serving I would have been fine but it was really good and I had a 2nd serving. So I ate a total of 1832 calories instead of the 1650 I should have eaten. Did not mess up too badly but not an auspicious 3rd week of getting serious. So tomorrow I will start up again. This is a journey not a race.
Goals for next week.
1. Go to the gym MWF and do my regular workout.
2. Do at least 2 trips upstairs to empty out the bedrooms each day. (The flooring people are coming on Oct 9th and we have to empty out all the dressers and closet.) By Friday the 2 spare rooms need to be completely done and DD book shelf needs to be empty.
3. Stay within calorie range all 7 days
4. Do a 2 mile WATP on non gym days.
