Best Run Ever

Today was week 4 run 3.... I have been slow to get back to running after my injury. Run 1 was terrible...and killed my confidence. I barely did half before I quit and started to walk. Run 2 was a bit better...but only did 3 minutes at most.
I gave myself a pep talk and went out for run 3...rocked it. Did 4 five minute intervals instead of 3-5-3-5. Woo hooo....I felt strong and confident and got a real high from it. Week 5 here I come...by the end of next week I should be able to run 20 minutes straight.
After run and breakfast, we all walked over to library. They got books and left...I stayed to study. It was perfect and I plan to hit the library every day after dinner to study.
