Goals 4 Cruising w/TEAMAZURE23

When this boat dock in December 2013, I want this ride to be more than one to talk about, but one that TRANSFORMATION as taken place. The staff and crew are emoticon , therefore the support, encouragement, love, and push will come easy. But I have to still do my part.

My blue print is as follow:

CONSISTENCY is the key.. for life time. I sometime start hard and then drift. NO DRIFTING!!!!!

EAT CLEAN! EAT GREEN! Drastic changes in my nutrition has been a plus. I will continue to stay the current course of Eating Clean and Eating Green.

DRINK 8-8oz water emoticon

REST - 7/8 hours of sleep daily. emoticon

Workout 5x a week emoticon

Stay CONNECTED to my team emoticon

Sign, Seal the Deal on Size 8 emoticon - This will require the loss of 6-7lbs, but I am going in for 10lb. I like wiggle room.

LEEEGGGOOOO!!!!!! I am in this for CHANGE!!!!!!

    I have consistency issues myself; i'm sure you'll notice some this round. I just keep trying tho, if i can't change that about myself, at least i can keep using other tools to get where i need to go!

    The course has been planned. The way to get there has been plotted...and now it is just a matter of getting to where you want to be.

    You can do it! You have a goal, you have a plan, and you know what you need to do. I love your point about consistency--I am a big advocate of baby steps (mostly because that's all I can manage right now ) but the reason they work is because of CONSISTENCY. I may be crawling to that goal line, but as long as I keep moving forward, I know I'll get there! So I think that it's great you put that first.

    What is green eating? I'm familiar with clean eating, but green eating is new to me.
