When this boat dock in December 2013, I want this ride to be more than one to talk about, but one that TRANSFORMATION as taken place. The staff and crew are
, therefore the support, encouragement, love, and push will come easy. But I have to still do my part.
My blue print is as follow:
CONSISTENCY is the key.. for life time. I sometime start hard and then drift. NO DRIFTING!!!!!
EAT CLEAN! EAT GREEN! Drastic changes in my nutrition has been a plus. I will continue to stay the current course of Eating Clean and Eating Green.
DRINK 8-8oz water
REST - 7/8 hours of sleep daily.
Workout 5x a week
Stay CONNECTED to my team
