I started the Biggest Loser Challenge 23 and it is really pushing me to be better. Part of the weekend challenge was to get 50 minutes of fitness in EVERY DAY. That was a bit of shock to me but I figured since it was only for four days, I could do it. I still have to get my walking in today but I walked for 50 minutes on Friday so I know I can do it! I'm going to walk tonight if it is not raining. I should have walked this morning but I had to make breakfast, make lunch, help with dishes, help clean the room and do laundry. So, I will try to get my walking done tonight. If I can't walk, I will do 2 SP videos to make up my 50 minutes. Right now, I'm relaxing and listening to Carrie Underwood. I love her! All in all, I'm having a great time challenging myself to new things and doing more than I ever thought I could!
