I didn't stick to the plan to the absolute letter. But I did really well. I wanted to be at 205 before my vacation. and today I am at 205.0. I feel great. I will maintain over my vacation and be on P3 for 3 weeks.
Then after the holidays I will do a round of HCG and try for my goal of 175. but I am not going to beat myself up if I am not PERFECT.
I am losing weight and feeling healthy, That's all we can ask for right?
tonight I am making zucchini soup. the recipe looks great. I can't wait to try it.
tomorrow is choir, digging out the Fall decorations and putting out the scarecrow and picking up some hay bales for the yard.
My DH is working overtime so I pretty much have the house to myself.
I hope everyone is doing fantastic. no matter what your doing...do it well.
do your best. Don't take minor slip ups as a failure.
We all slip up on our plans from time to time, the key is to keep getting back up and moving forward.
