Accountability Day!

Well I weighed in today at 208.6 so, again, I've gained back the 2 pounds that I lost last week. What the heck? I've been losing and gaining this same 2 pounds for months now...BUT I did reach 10,000 fitness minutes this week! I also managed to get in 3 exercises this week plus the one I'm going to do today. So that's a plus...

Now my plan for the next week: I hate, hate, HATE logging my food but log I will. Then I'm getting in my 4 exercises this week on top of that. I'm aiming for eating under 1500 calories instead of the 1200 calories I was aiming for. That's just too hard for me. Now for my motivations for this week!











(I need a LOT of motivation this week!)

    Congratulations on your 10,000 minutes milestone! I really like that you remember to focus on the positive stuff.
I will say the food tracking is hard for me too. It just feels so tedious. I do it most days, but I'm not always measuring every little thing. (We cook a lot, and make up recipes that never get written down.) It does help though, I can tell that even though I'm new at this.

really does work.
Because you cannot forget that you ate 1 M&M at a time to the tune of 2 servings of M&M's, or, that your favorite healthy sandwich actually contains 1000 calories. All of us round people have the same problem, we eat more than we realize and more than our bodies need to function... and probably most of us are eating the wrong things or in the wrong portion size... and on top of that we are sorely lacking in muscle mass. Cardio is good for burning calories .... but the more muscle you have and the more you move those muscles the more calories you will burn.
Love yourself enough to give yourself 'Tough Love' !!
You will be successful in attaining your goals. I have faith in YOU !
