Struggling !

I've been trying to walk more but it's so difficult. I have arthritis in my hip joints and it's getting worse. The pain is stopping me. They increased my pain medication dosage and I hate that. So for awhile I have to cut back on anything physical. I guess my progress will slow down a bit but I'm not going to give up. The upside of this is I was weighed yesterday and I've lost 12 pounds since the last time I weighed. emoticon !!! I know that as long as I keep eating healthy foods and stay true to my meal plan I'll be alright. Still taking it " One Day at a Time". emoticon

    Good for you! You are right about taking it one day at a time. Also, step by step. Don't forget about making sure to drink plenty of water. 12 emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Take it one day at a time. If you can't walk, perhaps try chair marching. It does help, I have arthritis in my knee and had to chair march when it was acting up.

    That is great, I will take a 12 pound loss anytime. One day at a time is the perfect way to plan your walking. Hope you get some relief in your hip area.
