What are my motivators?
1. My grandson just turned one! I want to see him graduate from college.
2. I want to eat healthy food and get healthier.
3. I want my clothes to fit again.
4. I want to run for longer times and exercise regularly.
5. I want to reduce stress and enjoy life.
