How can I get back on track?

What are my motivators?

1. My grandson just turned one! I want to see him graduate from college.

2. I want to eat healthy food and get healthier.

3. I want my clothes to fit again.

4. I want to run for longer times and exercise regularly.

5. I want to reduce stress and enjoy life.

    Pick one thing to work on then slowly add another. It won't be so overwhelming as when you try to do it all at once. Good luck.
