bye bye bloat

so got on the scale this morning and i'm back down to my solid 130, i was up to 139. i realize everything i lost was most likely bloat. but i am quite happy esp since i have my period on top of everything else.
and thank God for juices/smoothies/raw foods.
i feel much better about myself, i have a long way to go, but this is a good start.
