Today's challenge is no sweets for the day. Not even artificial or calorie free sweeteners. Instead of saying "I can't" have sugar or sweets, say "I don't" eat sweets. The simple wording change decreases feelings of deprivation and increases feelings of control.
Every hour & every eating episode is a success! If, I can make it a whole day it's a HUGE success!
This is a tough one for me but I'm up for it!
Update. I did well for the most part of the day. I need to work more on this one,,,
