My therapist once told me to make all my plans in the way that seemed normal to me, and then cut every one of them in half. He said I habitually expected double from myself what I should. So I am cutting my original 70 lb weight loss goal to 35. That feels much better to me! I think I may actually be able to do that! 35 lbs by next summer---sounds do-able!
Well, here we go again! A little easier this time!
