I have had quite a few people at work notice that I have lost weight since last school year, and ask me what I'm doing. That feels very good! Of course I tell them they should try SparkPeople, so pretty soon I think the whole staff will be on here
This has been a very busy week, though, and I haven't had much time to get my exercise quota in. I have tonight and tomorrow left, though, and in a couple minutes I will change into my workout clothes, hop on my exercise bike, pop in the Netflix that my husband watched last night while I was teaching the money management class, and I'll knock down that quota by half at least, all while enjoying the show. Did I mention that I love to multitask!?
