Lets just jump to the results shall we?

Original starting weight: 240
Re-Starting weight: 230
Week 1: 228
Week 2: 225
Week 3: 227
Week 4: 227 (Started at the gym)
Week 5: 227
Week 6: 231
Week 7: 232
Week 8: 229 (FINALLY!!!)

Finally seeing the scale move down instead of up! I'm having faith that this working out business is making me gain muscle.. I'm tempted to get a scale that measures body fat, but I dont know how accurate those are... hmmm tempting.

Anyway, gonna keep it short and sweet! Shooting for another loss this week! :D
