E-mail Letter that will NOT be Sent:
Dear Pilates Studio--
I hope to see you at the Street Fair. I would very much like to know, in advance, if the Yoga class newly and now offered by The Soulful Yogini is more or less the same class as what I took from her just a few weeks ago. More specifically, but can include that the fact that the Studio has newly acquired large, plush props such as bolsters, pillows, and 3' x 7' Mexican blankets in order to execute a full, traditional and proper "Restorative" class. I had finally come to terms with what the class she taught has morphed into. And I appreciate it.*
Just that I have been busy and could not make it to class. In addition, I have acquired plushy (but small) props for my home yoga practice--perhaps what you may not have known about - those light green yoga "3 Minute Eggs".
*I appreciate a practice that still challenges. In a movement sense. I would like to know if I should be taking her Pilates class and drop out of the yoga class, in particular. Because I dance a lot - cardio dance - and am looking for and need movement (for my condition), anywhere and everywhere - and I certainly don't get it in 11 hour sedentary workdays including commute. In addition, employing "right speech" affirmations and encouragement is a certain, narrow taste of mine ...
Please answer this query as soon as you could, because I could miss less of the Fair (taking the one-hour-earlier Mat Pilates class she gives), if I know what the answer to this question is.
