Theres another study out (Love those studies) that saids that people who text get less sleep. Well duh. It's a 24 hour addiction for some. So isn't talking on the phone. Who funds these studies any ways? I hope that it's not taxpayer's money, but it probably is.
Got all my goals done yestarday before I fell tired. I went over my calorie range today but stayed under the 2000 mark. I figured since I use to eat over 3000 calories under 2000 mark isn't bad.
My goals for Saturday are:
15 mintues of writing
15 mintues of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio/walking
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
