I found my workout bliss ... and it hurts so good.
After my first circuit class at the gym (Wednesday) I made this note on FB ~
Dear Trainer Janet: I hate you! My legs hate you! The End.

Today (Friday) I made this note ~
Dear Trainer Janet: My quads and arms are on FIRE! See you for Abs class at noon ... please don't kill me.
Trainer Janet is amazing. She's not MY personal trainer but might as well be due to her classes at the gym being limited to a handful of people. Two days after the circuit class I'm sore ... the kind of sore that makes you cringe when you have to walk or just move - I.LOVE.IT!!
At lunch I went to her abs class. WOW! We did multiple planks for multiple minutes. A variety of ab moves that left us all crumpled in pain. LOL. One of exercises I couldn't keep my legs straight up so she held them in place so I could feel "it." She smiled down at me as I pushed on.
Next week I'm scheduled for five more classes with her ...
Mama needs a soak in a hot Epson salt bath tonight!!
