I just came back from another lunch time walk, 3.1 miles. I really wasn't feeling it. It had gotten kind of late and I had something I needed to do before I left work. I had decided I would just walk 2 miles and I was trying to figure out how to do it. But after I walked the first half mile, I just kept on going the regular route and decided to do the whole 3 miles. It turns out the walk helped me to feel better. I was a little tired and I was feeling kind of dizzy earlier in the day. I guess being out in the air helped me brush that off. It wasn't as windy as it was yesterday but it was still a nice day for a walk. And this time I did sweat a little.
