New Spark Activity tracker-doc

Friday, September 27, 2013

So, today I ordered the new Spark Activity tracker in the dull gray. Figured I didn't need to wear anything too shiny. I'm so excited. IT looks like a lot of fun. Now, will I use it?

Finally made an appointment to see doc about my gut. First available is a week from today, and also made one with gastro man for that lovely colonoscopy. It has been over 10 years now. For someone who has not dealt with gut pain for this long, this is a new experience.

HOWEVER, I did my slow jog to the stopsign and back today. That felt REALLY good.

My diet continues rather bland.........rice, sweet potato, cooked veggies. BORING. I look at all those wonderful hot peppers in the garden and sigh.

Aiming toward a healthier tomorrow.
