One of the toughest thing for me is that I work two jobs. In the past I have made that as an excuses that I just don't have the time to work out, but that is no longer the case. I am working on building a habit of walking a min of one hour a day and splitting that up throughout the day with 3 to 4 walks. Once in the morning on my treadmill, once before lunch, after lunch, and finally at home before I eat my dinner. So far I am exceeding my goal and getting in minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours a day. Just think of all the months I wasted lying to myself, but now the lying stops and the weight is coming off!
