Blew it today!

Friday, September 27, 2013

Blew it today! I was hungry from going to bed last night....dreamed of nutella and a big bowl of ice cream.
(I walked farther yesterday and lost weight today)
This morning I had my usual breakfast and went out. It didn't hold me. I resisted croissants 2 times, but when I saw the pizza fritte I blew it. At least I didn't eat the whole thing but it was a big piece of fried bread.
The rice suppli I could have accepted but not the pizza fritte. And the roasted chicken was ok. emoticon
So I think I need to eat more when I am truely hungry like last night and this morning and maybe can avoid the binge later.

I agree, tomorrow is another day. And a few bad decisions help us recognize the right ones more easily! x

Snack on some carrots or grapes. Save the nutella and ice cream for your dreams! Such wonderful dreams...

If you are dreaming of food you are probably right that you aren't eating enough. You might put more olive oil in your diet and see what happens. More protein, eat more often - all good suggestions.

You could always try the other option - more but smaller meals. I know that works for some people.
