I had an excellent tomato crop this year. I canned 50 quarts of tomatoes.
I made spaghetti sauce and salsa. I canned 12 pints of each. I've made 5 batches of Pica de Gallo and a double batch of chili.
I also gave away tomatoes to family, friends, neighbors and coworkers. I still have more tomatoes left. Nothing is as tasty as a fresh tomato on my salad.
