Physical Activity Benefits Series:
(detailing my personal benefits of consistent physical activity)

So excited that after only 2 weeks on regular exercise, I was able to climb 3 flights of stairs, walk long halls on each floor, and walk back down - without shortness of breath !!!

Anyone else out there with "Air to Spare?"
