BLC 23 - Week 1

This is my second opportunity to be on BLC. It keeps me motivated and the women on my team are very encouraging. I love all the challenges, especially the weekend ones, it really helps me stay on track.
I am really close to my goal weight. I hate saying goal weight because as I get closer to it I think I am not sure if that is really the weight that is meant for me. So I figure I will reevaluate when I actually get there. I would be apprehensive and nervous about breaking 140 but with the sapphires behind me I really think I can do it. Especially with all of the treats and food that come with the next few months and holidays. It would be awesome to make it through the holidays with a loss and not a gain. I think I can with the help of BLC!!
