Find A Way

I love that Biggest Loser Challenge 23 (BLC23) has a theme of "Find a Way." In my previous blog, I talked about my mantras being "be excuseless" and "do it afraid" for the next 12 weeks. "Find A Way" is the perfect addition to my mantra's for this round.
I need to FIND A WAY to keep my calories under control. I'm a pretty good exerciser, but I'm a better eater
I need to work on ways to keep myself from grazing. I also need to stop giving myself permission to go off my program and "start fresh tomorrow." I will try to use a few techniques to help me: better meal/snack planning, and not so much waiting until I'm hungry to make all eating decisions. I'm also going to try and get my craft on with some knitting, quilting, etc... projects in the evenings. Cleaning and closing the kitchen followed by some early teeth brushing will also help.
Most important is that I need to recommit to my program daily, and know that the sacrifices are worth it. Being more connected with my team will definitely help with this. Shwoo...let's do this!
