today's spark coach challenge is to carry a water bottle with me every where I go- this is probably the easiest task I face day to day. every morning I fill up 4 water battles - 24 oz each. by the end of the day I have easily drained each of them , plus some tea and diet pepsi as well. I am thankful that I don't need to be on a fluid restricted diet for my health. I would never survive emoticon

    I love spring water or well water, but the city water here is like most city water, over chlorinated and you can taste it. But I do drink the water especially since it is on my list of other goals.

    Way to go! I know getting plenty of fluids - especially water - is not so easily done by some. I had to teach myself to like it, but honestly, I have to say - there are days when I really don't like it! And on those days, I pretty easily forget to get my fluids in. If I start my day with a 32 ounce of water and then refill that cup long about noon time - I do just fine. But on mornings when I leave the house without my cup. . . well. . . I'm doomed to fail. Thanks for the reminder about just how important water is! emoticon

    I lost my water bottle, but I bring a large cup to work with me which I fill between classes. If we have it with us, we're more likely to drink!
