I had a great session with my trainer today. You know it's a good one when you are sweating after the first exercise.
Today it was sets of two exercises each for exercise for 30 seconds. Each set is done 3 times.
Set 1: wall sits with bicep curls (10lb) then alternating reverse lunges
Set 2: skaters with a hop holding 12lb medicine ball and then high plank with legs on sliding "plates" pull in both legs, then slide out.
Set 3: bicep curls with 22lb bar and then dead lifts with 22lb bar
Set 4: Skull crushes with 22lb bar and then chest presses with 22lb bar
Set 5: 2 core exercises
Sweating buckets at the end of this. Finished up with some intervals on the treadmill.
