Are you looking for a way to get fit, lose weight, and have fun along the way? Check out the Fall 5% Challenge! I'm on the Teddy Bear Team and I love it.
We fly to imaginary places by tracking our fitness minutes. It's a really fun way to get you moving. There is a different Living the Good Life (LTGL) activity like drinking 8 glasses of water or watching your sodium chosen each week. We compete to see which team can rack up the most fitness minutes, lose the most weight and excel the best at earning LTGL points.
