BLC#23 started yesterday, Wed. My initial weigh in (first time I've weighed in since the challenge ended at the end of Aug):
155.4 ---- 0.4lbs over my high-end maintaining range (my range is 155-145, with 150 being my center goal)
Well... I'm stressing about it, but I've definitely been thinking about ways to kick it back down again and why it may have gotten there to begin with.
My T25 workouts have been great. Really, I love the 25min quick workouts that really work my body.
But...2 of the 5 days are not cardio. Which is fine and good....but I think I need a pretty consistent cardio schedule, and when only 3 days on the T25 rotation give me cardio, I need to supplement in other ways
Which I haven't been doing consistently.
So, my plan.
On days when my life is a bit crazy, I'll do a cardio workout from T25, either the dvd CARDIO, SPEED 1.0, or TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT. That way I know I will get my cardio in, even if the rest of my day is crazy.
On days when I have a bit more time, I'll do the AB INTERVAL or LOWER FOCUS T25 in the AM and then supplement my evening with cardio, either going to the gym, a Wii game, or ZUMBA.
My goals for BLC23
-Get my weight back down to 150
-I measured 35 jumping jacks in 30sec today as a goal to improve on.
-I measured a 30sec plank hold today as a goal to improve on. I've gotten to 1min30sec before on this, I'm not sure why it was so hard today. Oh well, more reason to work on it.
-Drink 6+ cups of water every day. This has not been as set in stone lately.
-Track everything. This also has not been as set in stone lately.
-Exercise daily, even if it's only 10mins.
