My husband reminded me to not solely focus on the weight and the goal but to focus on the journey of how it's going to make me feel during and after an exercise. He also pointed out to make it enjoyable by doing the things I love like getting outdoors and going for a hike with him, or a brisk walk with our dog. Not to be always stuck in the house trying to commit to doing just videos and treadmill workouts.
So yes... I need to get outside more often and enjoy the journey.
