calories and exercise day 12

Thursday, September 26, 2013

So I got my new shoes! JILL, for you - they are black with pink and green highlights. My DH wanted to know the brand but I have no clue - I just don't pay attention to that stuff :)

So far they are a bit stiff but my back is very happy with me, so it's all good!

Calories yesterday: 1297

Exercise yesterday: ok Jill, so I didn't really take it too easy - walked to and from school, 15 minutes on the elliptical at the gym, 10 minutes on the weights circuit, and another say 20 or 30 minutes of puttering around downtown and whatnot.

I will say I didn't exactly go hard though - I am feeling a bit of potential flu or cold and I am just tired and relatively low energy (not like I used to be before Spark, but low energy compared to my usual new state).

Like right now, I wish I could take a nap but I need to get my monthly tax returns done!

Yay new shoes! It's amazing how much nicer the right pair of shoes can make a workout. If your back is happy, then the rest of you is probably pretty happy too!

Hope you got a little rest and some tlc for yourself to try to head off that bug!

I have been suffering from low energy too! I certainly hope it goes away quickly!
