Last night I went to bed late since my schedule is all screwy due to the extra shifts I signed up for and I woke up this morning feeling a little off. I knew I should workout but just wasn't feeling it and I had a limited amount of time to eat and get to the store to pick up more "healthy" food for me. So I skipped my cardio. At first I was pretty upset with myself but then realized for the past two weeks I have been working out everyday, at least 20-30 minutes.
I will continue to make good food decisions today and have made a date with Jillian tomorrow (I think I'm ready for level 1). I also picked up some great snacks and such at the grocery store. What they say is true...when your eating healthy you really don't go into the center aisles. The only time I did was for a can of no added sugar peaches for my cottage cheese. I also got some Luna White Chocolate Macademia Nut bars I can't wait to try!
