If 'weight' didn't exist, how would I know If my body was healthy?
The signs that I'm getting healthier, happier and fitter that don't involve the scale.
1) not out of breath
2) clothes fit better
3) feel stronger
4) motivation is high
5)better check up at the Docter's office, not have to take all the med's.
6)able to walk long distances, without knee pain.
7)more content with my life.
8)happier within myself.
10) getting out of my comfort zone.
