Visit to Ireland

Thursday, September 26, 2013

I was fortunate to be invited by my daughter and her family to visit Ireland recently. The Atlantic Ocean meets the lush green farm lands, while the sheep graze, all in view of the ocean. At times, the mountains meet the ocean, as is seen in the picture on my Spark page of the Cliffs of Moher. We visited several castles and St. Patricks Cathedral in Dublin as well. Ireland is a beautiful country!

Love your pictures. I went to Ireland back in 1998 with my Sister-in-law. We stayed in a hotel in Dublin and took day trips all over the place. That is a beautiful area and I would love to go back.

We toured a castle and had lunch there, that was fun. Also visited the Waterford plant, what a treat that was.

Glad you had a good time.

Thanks for sharing!

I don't believe it is possible to visit Ireland and not be moved by the people and everything you see.
