Well, I'm sort of on track. Not eating ice cream or candy…
I had oatmeal with berries for breakfast.
But I had Indian food last night. Chicken Tikka? And some eggplant side dish and rice. It was really yummy, but I'm paying for the sodium this morning.
Still, I think I made relatively healthy choices.
One meal at a time, right?
