I am happy.
1. My weight finally dropped below 85 kg.
2. My weight is staying under 85 kg.
3. I feel more energized.
4. I don't feel dead after a day of work.
5. I found that walking is the best exercise for me.
6. My neck is showing.
7. My face is getting smaller.
8. My clothes look better on me.
It looks like now, the key to a success diet journey is being in control. Control what you put in your mouth and how much you put in it.
Exercise will help you lose weight, but mainly, you have to cut down from your food.
