New goals: SMART goals for fall
S-I will stay within my calorie range
M-I will track what I eat daily
A-I can plan my meals to keep me in my calorie
R-I will eat 5 fruits each day
T-I will reach my goal weight

P- with the help of Spark people I well plan my meals each day
A-I will track my meals and BLTs every day
W-Each week I will post a blog about the past week
S-I will set a goal for each week
E-I will move each day
