I have weighed myself.
The new scale seems more accurate and doesn't fly all over the place 15 pounds within 2 minutes. I'm not thrilled
with the weight, but it seems true. I'm doing well with staying more focused on my diet. Today is belly
dancing day. I already did a ton of chores and I will be doing
paperwork all day long.
Breakfast: 2 english muffins/organic butter
lunch: south beach style pasta/with meat
dinner: Big green salad
with homemade dressing, olives, and pickled tomatoes
But, the cooler weather has arrived and its great. I hope that we don't get an Indian summer. Fingers crossed. Funnily enough, we had another rattle snake on the front porch, and our poor cat
got bit, she is ok because it was a dry bite. We took her to emergency
and she got treated right away. We are keeping her inside and administering antibiotic drops everyday. She is a very sad
right now. The eye swelling is much improved, she is
eating, and wanted to go
outside, but I won't let her out until she is done with the
Plan for tomorrow: AM Tai Chi
before breakfast or after
smoothie & nutella crepe (homemade!)
Lunch: Veggie wrap w/homemade hummus (no sesame paste)
Dinner: Meatloaf and green beans; home made tapioca (treatment for hypoglycemia btw).
