My goals for the 12 weeks are
-get back into tracking
-working out 5 days a week
-losing 12 pounds
-fitting into the new outfit I just bought
The biggest obstacle of reaching my goals is me. I have a tendency of thinking I need to have that bag of chips and not be happy until the whole bag is gone. It's not just chips but cookies, pizza, crackers..... I also need to just pay attention to me. I need to stop worrying about how much other people lose compared to me. I compare myself to other people then get off track when they are doing so much better than me.
My biggest strength for this challenge is not wanting to let people down. I can't just quit and let my team down. I have to stay on track and all of the challenges will help me do that.
