I walked 2 miles with a slight limp. The first mile was pretty good and I thought I could handle another mile with minimal pain to my foot. About half way around the subdivision, the pain increased. By the time I got home, I was definitely feeling it and limping a lot. GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!
I am so frustrated with this foot sprain!
I probably shouldn't be walking much on it but I am going crazy sitting around and being so bored...I gained 4 pounds now in 10 days! That is so ridiculous!
I fight tooth and nail to lose a pound a week and I can easily gain 4 pounds in slightly over a week! That seems so unfair!
My Monday starts today with a double shift tomorrow. So I do not anticipate walking much until Monday. I am praying that my foot is 100% pain free to where I can run again! I seriously need to get back on my exercise program!
I think that if I sprain my ankle / foot again, I will take my exercise swimming laps at the local gym...
