"Suffer The Pain Of DISCIPLINE Or Suffer The Pain Of REGRET"
I made sure to get some REST yesterday. I made sure to EAT
some very HEALTHY/NUTRITIOUS food, too. I don't know if I am
out of the woods, but I definitely feel better than yesterday.
I will continue to MONITOR my energy levels before/after each
workout & cardio session.
The last SATURDAY of SEPTEMBER is upon us; I want to end it on
a POSITIVE note before kicking off my birthday month-OCTOBER.
