Hey there SparkPeople!
So, its time again for a post on how my Paleo challenge is going! Though at this point in the game, I'm starting to think of it less as a challenge and more of trying on a lifestyle. I think I'm starting to figure out the ways I could incorporate aspects of this diet into my daily life, and which parts of the diet I could take or leave. For example, I think that when these 30 days are up, I will continue to eat less bread, though I don't know that I will cut it out completely.
Actually, I don't think I will cut anything out completely after this challenge. I believe that anything in moderation is okay. But, by doing this diet, I am feeling stronger and getting faster! Today, I cut even more time off my run. I ran four miles in 36 minutes today, for an average of 9:00 per mile! I'm so excited!
The things that I have been missing are peanut butter and dairy the most. And chocolate! Although I must admit, I have caved a couple of times to have a few dark chocolate covered almonds. Whoops ;-).
