New lower cal, no cholesterol Muffin in a Mug

This is my latest version of Muffin in a Mug. I really cut back both on Flax flour, now use wheat bran, that I ground in my Nutri bullet grinder. Big difference in calories. And now use egg white instead of whole egg.

1/4 wheat bran flour
1 TBSP butter (I use Country Crock, only thing I have that's processed) again less calories
1/2 tsp of baking powder (organic)
1 TBSP organic or raw honey
1 egg white or 3 TBSP of egg white liquid
1/4 C of raisins (I usually soak in hot water to plump for a few minutes)
1 tsp cinnamon

Prepare a mug by spraying with Pam, I have an organic spray

Melt butter in microwave. Meanwhile prepare other ingredients except raisins. Mix all together with the butter. Add drained raisins, and put in mug. Set in microwave 1 minute
I add 15 seconds to it, because the wheat bran is light compared to flaxseed and wheat flour.

I cannot tell you how easy this is, and just think no added crappy ingredients and fillers and preservatives, just a fresh and yummy muffin to go with your morning coffee!! And it tastes just as good as a muffin with whole egg. Actually can't tell the difference?

I get the Bob's red mill wheat bran, not the cereals they all have sugar and all those extra ingredients, cereals are not allowed in my pantry anymore.
