Early morning riser ?

So two days in a row of getting up at 5:30am to hit the treadmill. In my mind seems like a huge effort, but actually not so bad. I make my coffee night before, enjoy a cup then workout. I feel great instantly! Less stressed trying to get the kids out the door and a smidge more energy for the day. Funny that today's spark coack video is on finding time to work out. Going to try and stick out this morning thing.
