I moved a little faster on my 35 minute walk, came home and had my nutritious breakfast, and completed 4 of my 5 sparkcoach steps...and it is still early. I am on a roll.
I am having company for a nutritious soup for lunch, gluten free crackers for me, Ritz for her. I even have a small serving of cherry fluff planned for dessert for each of us.
Supper is planned, too. baked Haddock, salad, mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes.
I am surprised how much pressure is off just knowing what the food choices are. I can be flexible with snacks, depending on the other things that come up through the day. I have my favorite honey crisp apple if I need crunch, and some giant peaches if I need sweetness. There are almonds here for protein, and popcorn for a bit of saltiness. GOOD TO GO!!
