Plan/Prepare - Today I cleaned out my pantry and made a pile of food to donate. My husband and I are both off of wheat due to health issues. I've been off of wheat for about 3 weeks, but my husband is just starting this week. I have a grocery list to go shopping with tomorrow. Hubby and I have made plan for evening walks through the next week and I will be attending a drop in swim class.
Act - My biggest challenge is going to be tracking nutrition. I find it very stressful and I usually end up doing better not tracking nutrition. This is going to by my challenge for the week.
Write a blog reflecting on the past week - The past week was really stressful for me, getting allergy tests back and finding out my hubby has to go for major surgery again. I am still trying to get over the big shock of everything that has happened.
Set a goal, both non-scale and scale related for the coming week! - I would like to lose 1.5 lbs this week. It would put me at a good start weight to losing the 10 lbs I want to lose this round.
Execute - I will spend some me time this week really laying out how I am going to be successful over the next 12 weeks.
