SMART Goals - BLC 23

SPECIFIC - I will lose 10 pounds in the next 12 weeks. I will have a home cooked dinner at least 6 times a week.

MEASURABLE - I will aim to lose 1 pound per week over the next 12 weeks.

ATTAINABLE - I will start to take daily walks either with or without my husband. I will also take my time off to go to the gym and try out some new classes. I will do one of these at least 5 times a week.

RELEVANT - My health is the most important thing to me right now. It is the tool I can use to help me achieve my goals. I will continue to get stronger with eating the right foods - 6 cups of fruits and vegetables/day and at least 1 1/2 litres of water.

TIMELY - This is what I need to do right now in my life. If I don't do it now, my dreams aren't going to get any closer. I can use these next couple of weeks off of work to really work on my goals and then transition back to work with healthier habits.
