ABC's for BLC 23

A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition give you an extra push? Sometimes - I like small challenges to push myself.
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? I was a member of the Sapphire team in early 2011 and I took a break from BLC.
C is for have? None at the moment.
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation/excuse? Stress and anxiety makes me feel like it's ok to make poor eating choices.
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Night Owl for sure!
F is for FURRY have? 2 cats and 2 dogs.
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Lots of fresh fruits and veggies and meat. Try to limit processed foods and we have recently taken wheat out of our diet as well.
H is for HOME...where do you call home? Calgary, AB, Canada
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? Some of my former BLC team members are role models for me.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I work as an office administrator.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? Fresh fruit/veggies for snacks.
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? I have not used these trackers since I've cut most processed foods out of my diet.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Married for three years.
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? My favourite flower and my birth year.
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? I try to get a litre and a half. Something I'm still working on.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? I'm trying for 6 cup a day.
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? "Making small changes towards a big difference"
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? Lately, not very many. Need to up it!
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'6''
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Mountain
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? I make soap. I also enjoy reading in a bubble bath.
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? I would love to go to Central America or Africa.
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? I was working with a personal trainer at work, but I haven't been able to attend in a month or more.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I want to feel healthy, improve my energy, decrease my stress and find peace with myself.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I'm making the choice to allow my past choices to push me forward.
Z is for one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? My husband, he is a big motivating factor in my life.
