We track. We work on how much exercise we get, how much water. But I don't know about you, but there are more than a few times I don't track exactly honestly. I like seeing the numbers be right. But you can't lie to yourself, to your body. Your body KNOWS what you put into it - your body has to process it, good or bad.
Remember why you're here. I tend to get stuck on the numbers. It doesn't matter, your body still knows what you had.
