I resisted temptation. I did not eat any sweets today. I actually helped myself to stay honest by sharing my plan with everyone at my table. I said that I was trying to eliminate as much refined sugar as I could from my diet. I had a salad a dog and a burger both with no buns a 1/4 c of baked beans and a one ounce bag if chips - all planned.
Our office was closed early so I took myself to a dine-in theater and saw "The Butler". I had a grilled chicken wrap with no sauce, house made chips and a diet coke.
Today was a great day.
