Plan/Prepare for the coming week! ~ Have all the ingredents to enjoy Jungle Juice on a daily basis!
Act with consistency and determination ~ Workouts are planned daily and written into calendar! Visual calendar is printed and hanging front and center waiting for a
to cross off each days accomplishments!
Write a blog reflecting on the past week ~ I have set forth my SMART goals for the round with full intentions of performing at a level both with food and fitness that will make the goals a reality!
Set a goal, both non-scale and scale related, for the coming week ~ Start a running program again and begin researching races for Nov/Dec timeframe to see which may be of interest! Cardio will consist of 6 days with a 500 calorie burn goal daily and ST 2/3 days!
Execute movement the Wild way ~ I will tackle the Captain's challenge adding an additional 10 minutes of movement each day during week 1! At present I'm thinking something FUNctional...hooping, dancing, maybe even some HR raising activity on the Wii, which hasn't been touched in For-ev-er!
